The Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit is attempting to locate an inmate who walked away from a Powder River Correctional Facility (Baker City) minimum custody work crew at Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area on Wednesday, May 7, 2003.
 
Robert Lee Scarbrough, 33, was serving six years from Lane County for possession of a controlled substance and three consecutive counts of stalking in violation of a court order.
 
He is described as a white male with brown hair and green eyes, 5´10" tall and 150 lbs. He was wearing Prison Blues denim jeans and a chambray work shirt, both with orange inmate stencils.
 
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Scarbrough is asked to contact the DOC Fugitive Apprehension Unit at 503-945-0976 or the non-emergency number of their local law enforcement agency.
