Department of Corrections Seeks Fugitive Patrick Lewis

The Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit is seeking information about Patrick Lewis, 25, who violated the terms of a transitional leave from the Oregon Summit Program on July 17, 2001.
Lewis is described as a black male, 5´11" tall, approximately 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his right eye and on his head. Lewis also has a tatoo on his right arm.
Lewis was serving time for delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. His projected release date was November 27, 2002.
