On August 14, the United States and Poland announced that their negotiating teams have completed missile defense negotiations. An agreement was initialed at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ...The United States and Poland also agreed to expand and deepen security cooperation. Both countries expect that this cooperation, along with the missile defense agreement will make a substantial contribution to NATO's collective security. Press Release
