Neighbor Island Liaisons
Governor Lingle established Neighbor Island Liaisons throughout the state to better connect residents with her Administration and provide valuable feedback from communities on the Big Island, Kaua‘i and Maui.
The Neighbor Island Liaisons serve in a variety of capacities, including representing the Governor at events, overseeing her offices on different islands, providing information about state government to the public and assisting with monthly meetings of her Neighbor Island Community Advisory Councils. Residents are encouraged to contact liaisons to express their concerns and comments.
