This course will be offered again beginning in early September. The second online course in the Certificate, "Adult Literacy," will also be taught. The Certificate is being offered by the Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy at Penn State in partnership with the National Center for Family Literacy. Tuition is priced at the undergraduate in-state level although the credits may be applied to a master's degree or an undergraduate degree. (Penn State's Adult Education program offers the M.Ed. online also through the World Campus.) Courses may be taken individually without completion of the Certificate, and appropriate course credits can be transferred into the Certificate. Hope you will check out the web site. Please let me know if you have any questions. Nickie Askov <ena1@psu.edu> Penn State. Thanks
