What a sad waste.     7/7/2008 12:58:24 PM Since report is only available by download you would think those responsible for its design would take the reproduction needs into account. No such luck. The tables are replete with grey halftones which reproduce very poorly. Printing in black and white on a laser printer is an eyestrain. Recopying that on a copier makes it virtually unreadable. It seems the authors/producers of these "publications" are so mesmerized by the cute graphics and color schemes that they could care less about practical issues like readability.
