When you place your order, we will estimate the delivery based on the availability of the items you want and the shipping options you select. You will receive these delivery estimates in the order summary displayed upon completion of your order and in the order confirmation Email we send you.
Standard Shipping Charges are already included in the prices you pay. For deliveries within the United States, your items are shipped via USPS Standard Mail ®, which generally takes between 5 to 10 business days for delivery. (Some subscription services are automatically shipped First Class; that cost is included in the price.)
Special shipping options include:
USPS Priority Mail ® provides average delivery of 2 to 3 days to every address in the United States, including P.O. boxes and military addresses.
USPS Express Mail ® is our fastest delivery service, guaranteeing next-day delivery to most locations for in-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Delivery is made 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, at no additional cost.
International Shipping: Standard international shipping charges are included in the prices you pay. We use Air Printed Matter ®, which generally takes from 7 to 14 business days for global delivery. You have the option to request Air First Class, which takes from 3 to 9 business days for global delivery.
All sales are final unless we have made an error concerning your order. Please report any problems, or request authorization for return, to our Customer Contact Center:

If your inquiry concerns charges made to your credit card, please include a photocopy of your billing statement with the charges in question marked.
