Subject: Stack Particle Analyzer (aka particle tracking)

First let me say a BIG thank you for the software Its nice, well written and runs on MacOS 10.2 a dream (-; What I want to do is track a particle through a stack of images and produce a image of the path taken how would you achieve this ? (your much more experienced than I ) I thought about using the Stack Particle Analyzer is this the right thing to be doing ? (I have a fair degree of noise from the video from a confocal microscope ) just looking for advice I might have to write my own plugin later on for some other work so where would I send the code ? (what patch format should I send? people get personal about these things) Regards John Jones
