Hi Alberto, I have a plugin which calculates and plots two FWHMs (a vertical cut and a horizontal cut) through the brightest point (or selection) in an image. It was written for use in finding the FWHM of stars in astronomical images, but it may work for your application. If you wish to try it, you may download the plugin from: http://aurora.physics.umanitoba.ca/~westjl/plugins/ Download fwhm.zip and unzip into it's own directory within the ImageJ plugins directory. Hope this helps.
