Hello, I am working on the 3D pore structure of carbonates and I would be interested in 3D pore shape and volume characterization as well. I am using x-ray tomography and I try to find a plug-in which could perform things like pore size distribution and pore surface area. Please keep me informed in case you get something. For the moment I haven't found a solution for the analysing of 3D reconstructed images, but I think we are looking for the same thing. best regards, Veerle Cnudde University of Ghent, Belgium ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hari Menon" <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Friday, November 15, 2002 9:01 AM Subject: Re: Plugin for Calculation of Bone Structure > I am also looking for a a Plugin which can be used to find pore size > distribution, pore volume and pore surface area in Xray Tomography 3D > reconstructed images.
