Dear Wayne, When adjusting brightness and contrast in a stack, and selecting to apply changes only to the present slice, it works fine; but if one then moves to other slices and then comes back to the adjusted slice, and tries to readjust the brightness and contrast, it doesn't work. What it does is: it erases the contents of the slice while moving the brightness or contrasts bars, leaving the rest of the slices in the stack just fine. I'm using mac os 8.6, 9.2 and 10.1.5, with MRJ2.2. The same happens for ImageJ 1.27c, 1.28u and 1.29n. Albert
