What it does is: it erases the contents of the slice while moving the brightness or contrasts bars, leaving the rest of the slices in the stack just fine. I'm using mac os 8.6, 9.2 and 10.1.5, with MRJ2.2. The same happens for ImageJ 1.27c, 1.28u and 1.29n. Albert
