Subject: Stack overflow macro error

I am experimenting with a macro that performs an increasing series of thresholds on an image and does an Analyze Particles on each threshold, but I get a ³stack overflow² error after five to seven loops (depending on the maximum particle size). If I limit the maximum particle size in Analyze Particles to less than 400, I do not get the error. I am using ImageJ version 1.29n on a Macintosh PowerBook G4 with 512 MB of memory and 1.02 GB free on the startup disk. What is this error? Thanks in advance, Chris Coulon *************************************** The GAIA Group Global Automated Image Analysis We welcome image analysis problems in all fields.
