Valley Forge National Historical Park
Plan A Field Trip

Valley Forge National Historical Park offers educational programs at the historic site to enhance your students' academic experiences. Student participation is encouraged through use of the inquiry method and hands-on activities. There are free and fee based programs which can be reserved on weekdays from October through May. For reservations call 610 783-1066, beginning in early September. Please contact us to reserve a program at least two weeks in advance of the requested program date.

Due to construction and maintenance, Washington's Headquarters will be closed from October 27, 2008 through January 1, 2009. Although we will continue to offer education programs during this period, groups visiting between those dates should not plan on being on able to see Washignton's Headqarters as part of their park field trip. During the closure, Varnum's Quarters (tour stop #9) will be open to visitation on a daily basis.
