Subject: Automatic Images Comparison

Dear All, I am using imageJ under Linux for image comparison. I need to know if there is any way that I can operate imageJ commands via script, i.e. choosing 2 images, compare them and save the result into library etc. Thanks in advance, Beno Itai.
