Subject: A_3D_editing plugin update and call for help

Dear IJers A new version of A_3D_editing plugin has been released. Most significant, the Segmenting Assistant plugin has been merged into the Wand tool -i.e. the Wand tool now supports growing selections by pixel intensity. Find the plugin here: http://www.lallum.org/java/download.html Call for help: the plugin needs a good java, python or C/C++ coded curve fitter that I could translate to java. It should be GPL or similar to avoid conficts. This curve fitter is mostly necessary to reduce the number of points that define an ROI and also to eliminate roughness due to integer coordinates of ROIs generated by the Brush and Wand tools. In the end it hopefully results in better 3D skins. Any help would be greatly appreciated Albert Albert Cardona Department of Genetics University of Barcelona C/ Diagonal 645 08080 Barcelona, Spain. ======++++++++====== Tel: +34 934 021 500 Fax: +34 934 110 969 ======++++++++======
