Thanks. This is because the same keyword ("select") is used for both files. Keywords are based on the first word of the corresponding GenericDialog label. Change the labels from something like "Select Source Image:" "Select Destination Image:" to "Source Image:" "Destination Image:" and the recorder will generate unique keywords. run("ROC ", "source=file1 destination=file2") The recorder in ImageJ 1.33i will generate an error message when it detects a duplicate keyword. -wayne
