Today, keeping the balance in life is challenging. We are talking about balancing ENERGY IN (food and drinks we eat) and ENERGY OUT (through physical activity). Keeping energy in balance will help you and your family to maintain a healthy weight and overall good health.

This Live It section is full of tips and ideas to help parents and families get started on the road to a healthy weight. Here you will find tips for making smart food choices, increasing physical activity, and reducing use of TV, DVDs, video games, and recreational computer use ("screen time").
