Sugar Trade Provisions in Free Trade Agreements

Included below are portions of various Free Trade Agreement texts which pertain to trade in sugar.  These provisions outline how the U.S. determines the FTA Tariff Rate Quota for sugar.  Peru, Guatemala, and Costa Rica are the only countries where the agreement has not yet been implemented.
