Overview:
Address the essential elements of building process improvement projects to achieve strategic results and efficiencies. Organizations exist to produce output goods and services that achieve their mission and satisfy the needs of their customers. Learn to look at how work is done that allows you to find ways to produce and deliver goods and services better, cheaper and faster.
