Overview:

Address the essential elements of building process improvement projects to achieve strategic results and efficiencies. Organizations exist to produce output goods and services that achieve their mission and satisfy the needs of their customers. Learn to look at how work is done that allows you to find ways to produce and deliver goods and services better, cheaper and faster. Explore the central role of processes in improving performance and, in a real-life simulation, apply creative techniques for identifying process barriers to effective and efficient operations.

Who Should Attend?

Auditors and anyone involved in analyzing processes to improve output and outcome performance. This course is for those who have not attended Auditing for Cost Savings and Performance Improvement (AUDT8027G). Level: Intermediate.
