I added the Comment_Writer plugin to the ImageJ web site at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/comment-writer.html To compile this plugin you need to be using a Java Virtual machine that includes the javac compiler. For more information, see the description of the Compile and Run command at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/menus/plugins.html ImageJ 1.19l adds an option to Analyze/Set Measurements to label each row in the results table with the file name. You can upgrade to this version at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/upgrade/ -wayne >I wrote a simple plugin (Comment_Writer, attached) that allows you to enter >a comment, which defaults to the current date and time and image name (if >one is open). Save the file to ImageJ's plugins directory and select >Plugins|Compile and Run. The plugin will appear in the Plugins menu after >you restart the program.
