I am having a problem running any plugins. Although the plugins are >listed in the plugin menu (e.g. "FFT.class"), when I select them I get the >message "Plugin not found." Does anyone know why? Here are some things to try. 1) Upgrade to the latest version of ImageJ (v1.18) and see if that helps. 2) Try the run.bat file the comes with v1.18, which uses the command .\jre\bin\jrew.exe -mx48m -cp ij.jar;twain.jar ij.ImageJ 3) Try Microsoft Java using the command jview /cp ij.jar ij.ImageJ 4) Try JDK 1.3 using the command java -jar ij.jar JDK 1.3 is available from http://java.sun.com/j2se/ When you find a command that works, put it in a batch file, create a shortcut and edit the shortcut to run minimized. Double-click on the shortcut and ImageJ will run without a DOS window. -wayne
