I have 3-D Images of rice particles on a hologram. To digitize this image I am taking snapshots of this image by focusing the camera along the 3-D image. Now each snapshot is a slice.I know that ImageJ can stack up these slices. It also displays it in two ways (animate and make montage) all I want to do is to display the stack on my slices as a 3-D image on the screen. I should also be able to rotate the 3-D image on screen in any direction. Does anyone know how to do it.is there any plugin that is available Help appreciated Thank you all aditya _________________________________________________ Aditya Ramamurthy Graduate Research Assistant Dept.
