In-Reply-To: <[log in to unmask]>This may be due to the way the images are numbered. file1.jpg file10.jpg file2.jpg file3.jpg Is the way your computer sees them - if you start at 2, you miss 10 altogether. You need to 'pad' the file names with zeroes to make it work properly. I had this same naming issue when trying to import MR stacks - they would be out of order, with slice 2 in the 20's, 3 in the 30's, etc. Hope that helps. J.
