If you have security bars in your home, make sure you know how to open them in case you need to escape from a fire. Remember it is important to try to have two ways out of every room. Great! You found one. Wall socket is overloaded. Never play with electrical cords or stick anything into a wall socket. As an adult to do it for you. Great! You found one. Newspapers are too close to the fireplace. Keep the area around your fireplace clear of things that catch fire easily, like newspapers of magazines. Great! You found one. Fireplace doesn't have a screen. Fireplaces need a heavy metal screen to stop rolling logs and catch flying sparks.
