We Can!™ strives to improve the lives of youth and families across the United States by addressing key overweight and obesity issues affecting our communities.

We Can! is designed so that a variety of participants can get involved with the program and make a difference within their family or community. Some of the ways you can get involved include:

Help Your Family
We Can! provides parents and caregivers with resources to improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and reduce screen time for children and young people ages 8-13. 

Help Your Patients
We Can! provides physicians and health professionals with science-based resources that help make a difference in the lives of their patients.

Run the We Can! Program
We Can! provides community settings with turn-key, flexible, and evidence-based programs that complement ongoing activities.

Become a We Can! Partner
We Can! provides companies and organizations with an opportunity to improve the health of families, employees, and communities.

Attend a We Can! Regional Training
We Can! provides regional trainings geared for a variety of audiences. The events provide an opportunity to learn more about We Can!
