While we are blessed to live in one of the healthiest states in the nation, the rising costs of prescription medication is a burden to many of our citizens. The Hawaii Rx Plus program will help thousands of Hawaii residents by offering discounted drug prices to people who do not have prescription drug insurance coverage or have exceeded their prescription drug benefits and earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid.
