Project Team

The Project Team for this project comes from Wraparound Oregon. Based in Multnomah County, Wraparound Oregon is building a coordinated system of services and supports for children with complex mental health needs and their families.

The Team Leader is Janice Gratton. Team members are:

The Team has enlisted the help of Bruce Kamradt, director of Wraparound Milwaukee (Wisconsin) as its fiscal expert. Bruce will be working closely with the Finance Committee. The Team also has a team of fiscal and data experts from around the country as consultants to this project. They are:

The Native American Rehabilitation Association (NARA, Inc.) is soliciting input from family and youth from the state and ensuring the voices of families are heard throughout the process.
