Workers' Compensation Data Information

FECA Program Effectiveness Study - March 2004  -

VA statistics related to occupational safety and health are available in two forms:

  1. Actual case data submitted to the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) through the WC/OSH Management Information System system      
  2. General reports prepared by the Office of Occupational Safety and Health (00S1).
