Welcome to the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) website. The guiding principle behind the ePMO is: "Delivering technology through effective management of people, processes, and priorities." The ePMO was established to provide project management best practices, standard status reporting, templates, tools, and training to state agencies. Consistent application of sound project management principles is a proven cost effective investment strategy that will lead to consistent, repeatable results and a greater probability of successful projects.
The ePMO will:
- Provide an enterprise view of all IT projects to ensure alignment to the State's strategic imperatives.
- Facilitate cross-departmental information sharing and understanding of work-in-progress.
- Provide consistent monitoring and reporting of IT initiatives.
- Provide Colorado with a uniform approach to managing IT projects.
- Promote project management best practices and improve skills through training and coaching.
