29.5 73.5 feet MSL...there is up to 5 feet of water in homes in the Inverness Forest subdivision downstream from the gage between I-45 and FM 1960 and severe flooding in the Pine Oak, Ponderosa Trails, and Enchanted Oaks subdivisions just above I-45.
28.8 94.8 feet MSL...water is to the bottom of I-45 bridge.
25.0 89 feet MSL...major lowland flooding begins.
24.5 88.5 feet MSL...water enters the lowest buildings in vicinity of gage.
24.0 88 feet MSL...moderate lowland flooding begins.
22.0 86 feet MSL...minor lowland flooding begins.
