Just completed reviewing the guidelines for Large Passenger Vessels and am very impressed. I have been on two cruises, both after I became mobility impaired but before I started using a wheelchair. I think you have done a great job with your proposed guidelines. I am not commenting on small vessels because I do not have personal experience or knowledge of small vessels.
