To Whom This May Concern,

I am person with a hearing loss who has been graudally losing my hearing since my early twenties. People who are Deaf are entitled to interpreters; however, people who have a hearing loss and do not know sign language are often left out of: meetings. doctor appointments, emergencies in emergency room. I would like to see where CART is added for people with hearing loss in the ADA laws. Thank-you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Linda Loftus
