ADS 303, Grants and Cooperative Agreements to Non-Governmental Organizations, has been updated to include the contracting officer training and certification requirements of ADS 458. Furthermore, the internal mandatory references have been updated to include ADS 548. Finally, 303.3.9 has been updated to suggest using SF 1408.
