Managing for Results is a three-day seminar that addresses the issues and concerns affecting the balanced scorecard, entrepreneurship, accountability, and much more. We will discuss such topics as:
- Organizing work structures and processes
- Setting outcome measures
- Monitoring techniques
- Customer service techniques
- Linking outcomes to planning and budgeting.
