Overview:
Managing for Results is a three-day seminar that addresses the issues and concerns affecting the balanced scorecard, entrepreneurship, accountability, and much more. We will discuss such topics as:

  • Organizing work structures and processes

  • Setting outcome measures

  • Monitoring techniques

  • Customer service techniques

  • Linking outcomes to planning and budgeting.

Individuals at the GS 14-15 level, participants in Agency Candidate Development Programs and SES members seeking additional or refresher training.
