  Here is a list of King County Department of Transportation projects that may disrupt traffic and travel in the coming weeks:

June 18, 2007

Upper Preston Road – A bridge on Upper Preston Road over the Raging River will be closed for three days starting Tuesday, June 26. During the closure, motorists can detour via the Preston-Fall City Road and 312th Avenue Southeast.

Issaquah-Fall City Road – A section of Issaquah-Fall City Road near Fall City will be closed June 25 to Aug. 3 for two sets of repairs. The road will be closed at 307th Avenue Southeast and at 308th Avenue Southeast, but the detour will be lengthy because there are few cross streets. Motorists can detour via Southeast 40th Street, 308th Avenue Southeast, State Route 202, and 332nd Avenue Southeast.

Black Diamond-Ravensdale Road.

Black Diamond-Ravensdale Road – The Black Diamond-Ravensdale Road will be closed from 7 a.m. Tuesday, June 19 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 3 just north of the intersection with Southeast 310th Street where the roadway crosses Ginder Creek. Crews will be replacing an under-roadway culvert and repairing the shoulders and supporting rockery. Motorists can detour via the Kent-Kangley Road and State Route 169 (Maple Valley Highway).

124th Avenue Southeast – A section of 124th Avenue Southeast north of Kentridge High School is closed between Southeast 199th Street and Southeast 200th Street through 3:30 p.m. Friday, July 6. Motorists can detour via Southeast 208th Street, Southeast 204th Way/140th Avenue Southeast, and Southeast 192nd Street.

Reinig Road – Reinig Road near Snoqualmie is closed is closed between Southeast 81st Street and 428th Avenue Southeast until Friday, June 30.

Motorists can detour via State Route 202.
