Program Support Voice Mail Line

In order to better serve our customers, the U.S. Fire Administration's National Fire Academy has an Executive Fire Officer Program Support Voice Mail Line. This service is available on a 24-hour basis, remembering that normal work hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

As an example, the voice mail may be used to leave messages concerning:

an Applied Research Project
EFOP status questions
graduate certificates
EFOP Graduate Symposium information

We ask that you leave your name, a phone number where you can be reached, and a brief explanation of your need. This will aid the EFOP staff in returning phone calls by having all pertinent information available.

Messages will be collected throughout the day and calls will be returned between 3 and 4 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. Your calls are important to us, and will be returned in the order in which they are received. Please note the following number in your phone directory:
