USAID and Small Business: A Renewed Partnership
Small Business Conference 2008

On June 26, 2008, OSDBU will host a Small Business Conference in the Ronald Reagan Building's Atrium Hall conference area from 8am to 4 pm. The purpose of this event will be to provide networking and educational opportunities to all conference participants in order to increase the participation of small, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone, and small disadvantaged businesses in all areas of USAID requirements.

The benefit of this conference is two-fold. First, the small business community will become informed on what USAID buys in Washington and overseas through our panel of experts. Secondly, it will give Program Offices the opportunity to expand their vendor base through awareness of the strong capabilities' small business concerns possess in the planned exhibit area.
