Complaint Submission

The Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) recognizes that proper attention to the concerns of its customers and the general public are an essential part of a well managed and successful governmental operation.  The goals of the CDA are to ensure the following:

 

  • that customers and the general public have the right to complain about goods and/or services purchased, and to have that complaint dealt with;
  • that complaints can provide the Department with feedback about goods and/or services being offered; and
  • that recieving a complaint gives the Department an opportunity to assess the impact on the market of certain goods and/or services.
