At an elevation of 4,200 feet, the mountain peak on the north end of Guadalupe Island, off the coast of Baja California seems to be parting the clouds in this Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) image, acquired by the Terra satellite on May 12, 2004.
