Enhance your skills and increase your knowledge of winning customer service techniques. This course covers customer service essentials, as well as special topics and techniques for handling a variety of situations. Job aids are also included.

In this three week instructor led, live online course, you participate in a one hour class every Wednesday through the Internet. You master the course content through real-time lectures, exercises, poll questions and slide presentations, and can join class discussions via text chat communication. If you miss any of the three live sessions, you can view the archived session. Between the live sessions, you complete instructional assignments.
