ENERGY OUT Activities

The following charts show you two different ways to think about increasing ENERGY OUT. The first chart shows different activities and the length of time it takes to burn approximately 150 calories. The second chart shows how many calories can be burned in 30 minutes by a healthy 150-pound person. A lighter person will burn fewer calories; a heavier person burns more. Try these activities with your family today!
