July 22, 2008 von Reichbauer discusses international relations with Korean Consul GeneralKing County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer met with Korean Consul General Haryong Lee, King County Executive Ron Sims and Federal Way City Councilmember Mike Park this week to discuss international relations between the Republic of Korea and the United States as well as the importance of international trade in King County.

It is through this commitment and an open dialogue that international trade will continue creating jobs in our County for generations to come.”
There are nine South Korea consulates located in major cities across the United States, one consulate office in Guam and the Embassy of South Korea in Washington, D.C. These offices support South Korean nationals who live in the United States and assist U.S. citizens in obtaining a visa to Korea and other necessary travel documents. Korean Consul General Haryong Lee represents Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
