OVRS needs assessments

The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (OVRS) has completed its 2007 Comprehensive Needs Assessment. Download the Comprehensive Needs Assessment Report (WordPDF) and Executive Summary (WordPDF).

OVRS assesses the vocational rehabilitation needs of Oregonians with disabilities every three years, as required by the Rehabilitation Act of 1974 (amended). OVRS uses the results to develop and update its state plan for vocational rehabilitation services, and to help determine objectives and priorities. The 2007 assessment was conducted by Program and Policy Insight, L.L.C., under contract with OVRS. More than 370 consumers of OVRS services, 180 staff members and 50 partners and stakeholders participated in assessment surveys and interviews. OVRS is grateful for their participation and input.
