1. Main solid waste from petrochemical factory (from one oil refinery):

1. Waste catalyzer (made of alumina) produced: Approx. 1,000t/a;
   (Brand name of the catalyzer: Gres Devision-3000 made in USA, being used by Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Factory)
2. Waste kaolin produced: Approx. 300t/month
3. Detailed statistics for other solid wastes are not available temporarily

2. Urgent demand to import solid waste treatment equipment for petrochemical industry:

1. One set of equipment with capacity to treat solid wastes of 100t/day; (Location: Liaoning Province)
2. Two sets of equipment with capacity to treat solid wastes of 150t/day (Location: Beijing and Liaoning Province)
3. Three set of equipment with capacity to treat solid wastes of 250t/day ( Location: Liaoning Province)

A total of 6 sets of equipment are required.

3. Process demand:

The international advanced heat decomposition technology shall be used for treatment of petrochemical solid waste (i.e. indirect heating and anaerobic decomposing at high temperature), instead of equipment with direct incineration for treatment of solid waste. The equipment is required to produce steam after the solid waste being treated, instead of power generation.

4. More than 30% of the waste catalyzer and waste kaolin can be recovered for reuse.
