Formula Grant Programs Here you will find the Food Distribution Programs which have been
classified by the General Service Administration (GSA) as "(A) Formula
Grant" type-programs. These programs are listed in the GSA's Catalog of
Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDS) that are included in the 15 Types
of Assistance identified by GSA.
These programs are defined by CFDA as "Allocations of money to States or their
subdivisions in accordance with distribution formulas prescribed by
law or administrative regulation, for activities of a continuing
nature not confined to a specific project."
