Every year over 3,000 users from laboratories and institutes around the world use SLAC's unique facilities to do cutting-edge research. The user community and its collective competencies coupled with the laboratory's infrastructure generate an environment of discovery throughout the vast spectrum of science that SLAC is uniquely equipped to explore. Users are encouraged to participate in the SSRL and/or SLAC user organizations to enhance their SLAC experience. We welcome you to the Laboratory.
