OPRD and Oregon 150 have teamed up to help reconnect kids with nature. We've created a special allocation of $200,000 in OPRD Lottery-funded grants for one of Oregon 150's Youth Legacy Projects.
Grants awarded to non-profits and governments for trail projects. This includes building new trails, improving existing trails, and helping with trail signs.
Oregon State Parks has given grant money to nearly every city in Oregon to purchase land, and build or upgrade community parks. The following stories demonstrate how state parks grants can help entire communities and the way they go play!
Toledo's Arcadia Skate Park
Local Government grant helps build a skate park now considered a model for other communities.
The Heritage Programs Division offers grants for various types of historic preservation and heritage-related projects. All are matching grant programs (usually 50/50 match).
