The Accountable Business Transformation Program’s (ABT Program) Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) was transmitted to the County Council on Wednesday, July 30. After review by the ABT governance committees and the County Executive; the DIP was submitted with the Cost Benefit Analysis and a Budget System recommendation.  More>>
