THE LONE STAR FUGITIVE TASK FORCE ARRESTS
ANDREW MENDEZ, JR.

Lone Star Fugitive Task Force LogoSan Antonio – The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested Andrew Mendez, Jr. for the felony offense of Indecency with a Child. Mendez is accused of driving around nude and exposing himself to young girls attending school in the San Antonio Independent School District.

San Antonio Independent School District Police, a Lone Star Fugitive Task Force member agency, investigated the threats and obtained an arrest warrant for Mendez. Yesterday evening members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, led by the United States Marshals Service in the Western District of Texas, arrested Mendez at his residence at the 10000 block of Basin Field in San Antonio. The arrest occurred without incident.

United States Marshal for the Western District of Texas LaFayette Collins said, “The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force will utilize every asset at our disposal to assure that child predators face justice for their crimes. Those who prey on children will receive our complete and undivided attention."
