Task Force members determined the Sadlers had fled the San Antonio area and traveled to Waco, TX to live with family in order to avoid apprehension. After interviewing a family member, investigators were able to arrange the safe surrender of both Elmore and Michele SADLER.

As the Sadlers were being taken into custody, Task Force members observed a vehicle leaving from the Sadlers’ residence. A felony vehicle stop was conducted which resulted in the arrest of a third individual, Koddell FOSTER. Inside the vehicle, Task Force members found a Bushmaster .223 firearm and approximately 50 lbs. of marijuana. A subsequent search warrant of the residence revealed evidence of further illegal activities. FOSTER is being charges with several State of Texas Narcotics Violations and a federal violation of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

United States Marshal for the Western District of Texas LaFayette Collins said, “The pursuit of these fugitives highlights what the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force does. We have taken a large quantity of illegal drugs off the streets. Our children are safer because of the work we do.”
